COmmercial business that had a water damage

SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison received a call this morning  from a commercial property owner who opened the door to his business to find water pouring out of the front door and water was just about everywhere.

The pipes in ceiling of the building had frozen due to this sudden and unexpected winter weather in our area.

Several suites were affected.  Some suites sustained more water damage than others. Most of these suites had contents damage as well as structure damage. Most of the suites just needed extraction and cove base pulled as well as drying equipment set.  These suites should be completely dried to acceptable levels in about 72 hours.  

The owners and doctors were very pleased that they were still open and allowed to still see their patients.
