During a recent storm in Sherman this home sustained major damage to the roof from a lightning strike.

Our local church flooded due to frozen pipes.  When our temperatures drop this low the pipes freeze and our crews are kept busy day and night with water damages from this weather.

Our local Bank had a water damage from a frozen fountain pipe. The pipe that broke had caused extensive water damage to most of the Bank and Loan side. SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison technicians responded quickly and had the water extracted and the Bank was opened the same morning.

This is a customers home who had started cooking on her grill outside on the wood deck. 

After cooking the customer went to bed shortly after going to bed the customer noticed smoke coming from her sliding glass door.  She quickly extinguished the fire and the local volunteer fire department came out to check  the walls and flooring as well as the inside of home to make sure fire was out.  

The cause of this fire was the coals that the customer had thought she had disposed of properly but the coals were still to hot.

Please make sure that if cooking on a grill outside that you take the necessary precautions needed to extinguish all of the coals, Also make sure that you have the grill on a level surface and far enough away from any material and the home or building.

This is our customers Dental Office that had a toilet that backed up causing sewage/dirty water to flood about 800 sq.ft of the basement.

SERVPRO extracted the dirty water and pulled all contaminated materials and treated the area.

Water damage to our customers church due to a bad water line. 

Several inches of water penetrated this church and needed to be extracted before they could hold their Sunday morning services.  SERVPRO Technician arrived onsite after hours and extracted all water, set the drying equipment and had this customer open for church services soon after.
