Water damage to local home

Very wet carpet and pad.

When our customer returned home from work she walked into a huge mess.

The toilet valve broke and water had ran all day saturating the entire home. SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison was contacted and our technicians arrive within an hour to start the mitigation process.

SERVPRO certified technician's will evaluate the home to see where the water has traveled.

Water was extracted first in all rooms of the home then all of the pad under the carpet was removed.

The pad was disposed of due to the fact that the pad acts like a sponge and would have continued to soak up all of the water.

Once the pad is removed our technicians placed the drying equipment this home needed 25 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers.

The equipment was monitored for about 3 days.  After the carpet was dry the technicians removed the equipment and we came back to reinstall the pad and cleaned all affected carpet.

The customer was very pleased with our time line and she said that she would refer us to anyone she can.
