Water damages to commercial properties

SERVPRO was called late last night to our local daycare center that had a flood.

There was a toilet that had been running overnight due to a child's toy that was clogging it up. 

When the morning staff came into work as usual and found water flowing out the front and back doors they made a call to their Insurance company and were referred to us SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison.

The water had saturated the entire building causing damage to both structure and contents. 

 As soon as the plumbers unclogged the toilet and once they had the water turned off we were there and ready to extract the water.

We started by extracting the water in each bathroom then the play room and common areas then moved on the halls and offices and finally the kitchen area. Our technician's pulled some baseboards and drilled holes to help the drying.

All of the contents were hand cleaned by our cleaning crew along with all of the larger items such as desks and tables.

We were able to complete the drying process in three days.
