Great work and even better employees I wish to express my complete satisfaction with the great work that was performed at my home within the last two weeks, and more importantly to commend Tyler Duke for performing that work with efficiency, with patience and with care and concern for our wellbeing. Tyler was a godsend that night. Our hot water heater had burst, and water soaked the carpet in the master bedroom. He evaluated the situation quickly, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. His patient manner was just what my husband and I desperately needed at that point.Tyler has a remarkable ability to calm a situation and inspire complete confidence. Tyler returned to our home for four days following the incident to continue the cleanup. He was patient, kind and helpful through every encounter I cannot compliment this employee enough. We will forever be in his debt.  

We just hired SERVPRO of Denison for restoration of or master closet which got damaged due to water leakage from the toilet. They sent out Tyler Duke. We are extremely happy with his work . He is knowledgeable, professional and is helping us resolve the issues. We will recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

SERVPRO of Sherman helped me when a pipe in my daughter's wall burst. They were able to get to my house within an hour after I called! This was my husbands first claim so we had a ton of questions and SERVPRO was able to answer them all! I had SERVPRO out to clean up water from a broken sprinkler head..  The two guys that came out were great! they vacuumed the tile floor and put fans to dry it out.  Yes I will call these guys out anytime I find myself in need.

On November 21 I came home to a very large mess caused by my toilet in my downstairs bath leaking.  I put in a call to my insurance agent who told me to call SERVPRO.  The crew was out to my house in less than 2 hours.  They had my water cleaned up and drying by late that night.  I will tell all of my family and friend who to call if they ever need someone.

I came home to my home totally flooded last week and did not know what to do! I had placed a call to my insurance company who had refereed me to SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison I have to say that I would highly recommend Tim Odom.  Tim has been super helpful and professional. Tim explains the entire process and was great at coordinating with the plumber and he has gone above and beyond to make this process less stressful and very helpful answering my questions.

SERVPRO of Plano is one of the most efficient and effective restoration companies, and I would recommend them to anyone. Not only did the company itself provide a very smooth service, but the employees of the company were outstanding. Brandon was a very clear communicator and a hard worker, and having been a tenant of the affected home, he made me feel assured that everything would be taken cared of quickly and properly - which it was. I've had prior experiences with water damages that turned to mold because of a different companies poor remediation job! When in doubt, give SERVPRO Plano a call!

We had a flood in our house a few weeks ago and I had to call again last night because my son plugged the sink and let the water run causing another small flood. I just wanted to say how happy we are with your staff. The professionalism and friendliness of the woman on the phone to the technician that came out both times (and even on a Sunday the previous time) provided the best customer care. I would recommend your company to anyone! Jorge Resendez did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate those employees and how happy we've been with the service. Thank you for doing such a great job and helping us clean up after a disaster in our home.
