When our customer returned home from work she walked into a huge mess.
The toilet valve broke and water had ran all day saturating the entire home. SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison was contacted and our technicians arrive within an hour to start the mitigation process.

The pad was disposed of due to the fact that the pad acts like a sponge and would have continued to soak up all of the water.
